Our dear planet Earth is living a very challenging phase of its long life, due to food risks, pollution, climate change and  ecological crisis. Things do not go really better in Italy: from depleting water supplies to ever bigger wild fires; moreover, we now doubt the quality of our food, and the fear to loose our local identities. The future of our own county looks weaker and shorter. As citizens and consumers we have to ask ourselves questions that until few years ago were not even remotely considered. We even doubt that our future generations will be able to enjoy the same quality of life that we have experienced in our lifetime.

The goal of our foundation – Campagna Amica  - is to find answers to such questions and doubts. We would like to make possible for families to give to their children and grandchildren the same relationships, quality of food, the enjoyment of nature and beauty of our own landscapes that we received from our ancestors.

Let’s do it together, holding our hands: consumers, citizens, farmers.

Our goals:

1. Certification of the origin, quality and freshness of our food. To promote laws and regulations that protect citizens and consumers;
2. To promote the use of food produced locally in our farms;
3. To protect farms, rivers, lakes and natural resources of our territory;
4. To increase the use of renewable energy sources within a framework of respect and protections of our natural treasures;
5. To create an information network to inform consumers and producers on food, pricing, and to promote education on food and ecology;
6. To energize public opinion, to be involved and knowledgeable on its rights for good food and safe environment. To make citizens growth with their territory.
